What currently applies in the BürgerServiceCenter of Günzburg Town Hall

Visiting the BürgerServiceCenter on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays is only possible by prior appointment. This can be done online (www.guenzburg.de/terminbuchung), by telephone at 08221/903-333 or at the terminal in the entrance area of the town hall. BSC staff are available on Tuesdays and Fridays without an appointment.

• Monday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (with appointment)
• Tuesday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (without appointment)
• Wednesday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (with appointment)
• Thursday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (with appointment)
• Friday: 7:00 am to 12:00 pm (without appointment)

We ask you to keep your distances for your own protection and out of consideration for others. All other usual hygiene rules remain valid and must also be observed in the future.
